Tattoo Policies

I am truly grateful to have you here.

The following information will fully prepare you on what to expect when booking with me.

I kindly ask you read our policies in its ENTIRETY.

It is important to thoroughly read our policies before sending your deposit as there is essential information regarding safety, pre-care and aftercare protocol that you must know and follow.

I also want us both to be certain that I am the artist who can deliver what you envision.

If you agree to all policies, we can move forward with booking your tattoo.

TATTOO POLICIES

Placements I do not accept include: face, front of the neck, private areas, hands and feet.

*Any leg and ankle tattoos require clean socks to be worn throughout your entire service.

 

I do not do cover up tattoos. I do not work on previous work.
 

Be certain you have done your own thorough research for your desired tattoo (tattoo styles, tattoo artists, your willingness to adhere to pre-care, aftercare, touch-ups, etc) and are certain that my style of tattooing aligns with what you want and envision.

I practice Fine Line Tattooing with Black Ink only.

The healing process can take up to 2 - 6 weeks (surface level).

If you have an upcoming vacation or event, please plan accordingly to allow your tattoo to completely heal.

 

If you are visiting Las Vegas, please plan accordingly.

You will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited if you arrive with compromised skin (including, but not limited to, sunburn or sun damage) as I cannot tattoo on compromised skin.

You should not book a tattoo with me if you are sunbathing, swimming or plan to be outdoors/exposed to the sun.


Do not book with me if you are consuming alcohol or drugs.

Pre-care and After-care must be followed.

Although highly unlikely, there are possibilities of events to occur that are out of my control - ie: sudden sickness, emergencies, etc. In these cases, I may need to reschedule your appointment up until the day of your appointment.

Please keep this in mind, especially if you are traveling to Las Vegas.

You must book your appointment at your own discretion.

I cannot tattoo you if any of these apply to you:

∘⠀Under the age of 18

∘⠀Do not have government issued ID

∘⠀Noncompliant with policies, pre-appointment and aftercare instructions
∘⠀Pregnant, given birth within the last 8 weeks or currently breastfeeding
∘⠀Have an open wound, visible skin rash, pimples, acne or moles on or near the treatment area

∘⠀Have any visible condition which would interfere with the healing process
∘⠀Have taken antibiotics in the past 10 days
∘⠀Immunocompromised, taking immunosuppression medication/have been diagnosed with an immune disorder
∘⠀Have any active infection
∘⠀At high risk of infection/must take antibiotics during dental work

∘⠀Uncontrolled High/Low Blood Pressure
∘⠀Have an upcoming surgery within 4 weeks
∘⠀Taking blood thinning medication or iron supplements
∘⠀Taking adderall
∘⠀Are commonly tanning in the sun, tanning booth or both
∘⠀Currently have sunburn

∘⠀Sick (Covid, Cold, Flu, etc)
∘⠀Diabetic
∘⠀Hemophilia
∘⠀Vitiligo

∘⠀Epilepsy or a history of seizure
∘⠀Fainting, narcolepsy, or other conditions that could interfere with the body art procedure
∘⠀Hepatitis B/C or any uncontrolled blood-borne pathogen
∘⠀Have cancer or are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
∘⠀Taking krill oil/fish oil.
∘⠀Have undiagnosed/untreated heart issues
∘⠀Have tendency to keloid
∘⠀Trichotillomania
∘⠀Currently taking painkillers, street narcotics, or have drinking problems
∘⠀Under the influence of any recreational drugs or alcohol

Please contact your health care provider with your questions or concerns regarding a possible condition that may disqualify you from receiving services.

* If you book an appointment with any of the above and are ineligible to receive service, your deposit will be forfeited, appointment will be cancelled and the full price of treatment will be charged for time reserved.

Risk Notification:

∘⠀Body Art can cause redness, swelling, bruising, discomfort, bleeding, & pain
∘⠀Body Art can cause allergic reactions
∘⠀Body Art causes permanent and irreversible changes to the human body and your appearance
∘⠀Body Art has a risk of infection
∘⠀Any effective removal of the body art work may leave permanent scarring and disfigurement.

MODEL CALLS

Model Appointments are priced with discounted rates intended for advancing skills, techniques and building portfolio.
You must not be on a time constraint during a model session and must be able to sit for your whole appointment.

The goal is to complete your tattoo within your appointment time. If more time is needed, we will either keep going or schedule another session to complete your tattoo.
Models must be okay with pictures being used for social media, portfolio, website and marketing.
Rescheduling your model call appointment forfeits your current discounted model price.

Touch-Ups are not included in your price.

By applying and booking to be a model, you are in complete understanding of this.
 

ARRIVAL

Arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

Your appointment will not start early.

If you are early, please wait in your car and arrive at the door at your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will either be canceled or a minimum $50 late fee will apply.

APPOINTMENT LENGTH

Service length is estimated during the booking process and you will be given an estimated time frame for your appointment. Be prepared to stay for your entire appointment window.

I cannot give you an exact time that your appointment will be finished. It is best that you are free from other commitments and completely available on appointment day.
Sometimes the tattoo just requires more time than expected. There is a possibility that we may go over the estimated time or that another session must be scheduled to complete your tattoo.

NO GUESTS

I have a NO GUEST Policy.
Only the client with a scheduled appointment is allowed.

Do not bring guests - they will not be allowed to enter the building.

DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred towards a different tattoo.

Deposits are required to book your appointment.

Each tattoo requires its own deposit.

Deposits must be sent by the deadline specified to you during the booking process or your time slot will be released.
Do not send a deposit after the deadline as someone else might have booked the time slot!

Deposits, or a portion of your deposit, will go towards your tattoo payment.

If changes must be made to your design after your design is already drawn, your deposit or a portion of your deposit will go towards a redraw fee and will not be applied towards your tattoo payment.

TATTOO DESIGN
Ideally, you have
 selected me as your tattoo artist because you value my work and artistic style.

Your trust is crucial as it means you have confidence in my ability to design a tattoo that you will love. 

 

Please note that your design will be presented to you at your appointment.
If you would like minor adjustments, we can make those minor adjustments at your appointment. 

If you are getting freehand work, you will see your design as I draw it on you.
 

Flash Sheets, Predesigned Tattoos or Model Call Designs cannot be modified.

Script and Lettering Fonts: There is no guarantee to match exact fonts in reference pictures that you provide unless it is a clear black and white picture. Similar fonts will be offered for you to choose from if the exact font cannot be matched. You can choose your own font on dafont.com.

Custom Tattoo Designs & Drawing Fee:

It is essential that you give a full description of the design you are envisioning as custom pieces may require a drawing fee. Do not expect unlimited adjustments - include all details that you require in your tattoo concept. 

 

Redraw requests / concept changes after I begin designing your tattoo or have confirmed the final design will require a separate fee for time already spent on the drawing process and is subject to a new price.

CHANGES

Design concept, sizing, placement and pricing will be confirmed before your booking your appointment.

If you would like to make any changes to your design concept, sizing, placement, etc, please contact me no less than 7 days before your appointment.
 

Any size, concept or placement change requests may require price changes, additional or new deposits and/or a reschedule.
 

Change requests less than 7 days before your appointment or on appointment day may result in a forfeited deposit and a reschedule. A new deposit will be required for your new appointment if rescheduling is required.

 

If you change your design concept completely, I cannot guarantee I will accept your new concept as it may not align with the style I do or if I feel I cannot deliver what you are envisioning.
 

Placement of your Tattoo:

The location of your tattoo is considered in your quoted price as certain placements are more difficult than others to tattoo. Placement changes on the day of your appointment except for minor adjustments to ensure balance may change the cost of your tattoo and are subject to a reschedule with a new deposit if more time is needed.

TOUCH UPS
Fine Line Tattoos can require a touch-up. Touch-ups are for completed tattoos only and are subject to a touch-up fee at artist's discretion.
 

Any work done in delicate areas (ie: wrists, near wrists, elbows, near elbows, inner elbow, areas that bend/have thin skin) as well as areas that require frequent washing or are regularly exposed to the sun will require a touch-up fee.

Complimentary Touch-ups do not include changes to the design or style of tattooing (for example, but not limited to: wanting a darker tattoo, bolder design or thicker lines).

Your tattoo may not require a touch-up.

Please send a clear photo and video for this to be determined.

If it is determined that your tattoo would benefit from a touch-up, we will schedule a complimentary touch-up session.

Please treat this complimentary session with the same respect as your paid session.
 

No Call / No Shows or cancellations without proper notice will not be rescheduled - no exceptions.

Changes to the design or style of tattooing will require a new booking, priced with a flat fee or an hourly rate.

MASK POLICY

Keeping everyone safe and healthy is top priority.

I require masks to be worn throughout your entire service.
This is non-negotiable as we are in very close proximity, in an enclosed area for your service.

You can come in with your own mask or I will provide one for you immediately upon arrival.

Policy regarding sickness still applies.

SICKNESS

Keeping everyone safe and healthy is top priority.

If you are sick, contagious, feeling sick or just getting over your sickness on or near appointment day, please reschedule.

Kindly notify the business ASAP and reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduling one time due to sickness has no penalty.

Showing up to your appointment sick or contagious will result in a forfeited deposit and you will not be rebooked or allowed to schedule any services for your non-compliance.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is honored with notice no less than 7 days prior to appointment date.

A new appointment date must be scheduled within 7 days before deposit is forfeited.
Any notice less than 7 days will count as a No Call / No Show.
Repeat rescheduling requires full payment of your tattoo in order to reschedule.
Any promotional pricing will be forfeited when rescheduling.

NO CALL / NO SHOW

Booked clients who fail to give notice and no show scheduled appointments will result in a forfeited deposit and will not be able to book any future services.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made electronically through Zelle.

Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid before leaving the studio through Zelle.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
 

I kindly ask you to refrain from booking if you cannot commit to all of our policies.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Your appointment can be cancelled at any time if we cannot safely proceed with your service.
Your appointment can be cancelled at any time if you are non-compliant with our policies.
You will not be booked for any future services if you are non-compliant with our policies.

By booking a tattoo appointment, you are agreeing to all policies and pre-booking info.
