CONSULTATION-FIRST PROCESS

 

All brow services begin with an in-person consultation and brow mapping session to assess skin type, suitability, and desired outcome.

 

In some cases, additional mapping sessions may be recommended prior to the procedure. Any additional sessions will be discussed and approved before scheduling.

Consultations are for assessment, brow mapping, and discussion of the process and do not guarantee eligibility or approval for a procedure.

 

The procedure is scheduled only when both artist and client feel confident proceeding.

Total Cost for Initial Brow Service: $350

Includes consultation, brow mapping session(s), and procedure.

 

Payment structure:

∘⠀$50 deposit to reserve consultation

∘⠀$100 deposit to reserve procedure
∘⠀$200 remaining balance due on procedure day

ELIGIBILITY

 

Permanent Makeup services are subject to eligibility based on skin condition, medical history, and overall suitability. Final eligibility is determined during consultation.

I cannot perform your treatment if you:
∘⠀Are under 18 years of age
∘⠀Do not have valid government-issued ID
∘⠀Refuse to comply with policies, pre-appointment and aftercare instructions
∘⠀Are pregnant or breastfeeding
∘⠀Have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring
∘⠀Have an active infection, open wounds, or compromised skin in the brow area
∘⠀Are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
∘⠀Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
∘⠀Have active cold sores / herpes simplex
∘⠀Have used Accutane within the past year
∘⠀Have highly saturated previous permanent makeup

Treatment must be postponed if you:
∘⠀Have had botox injections on the forehead within the past 2 weeks
∘⠀Have had peels, laser, microneedling within the past 4 weeks
∘⠀Have used retinol, tretinoin, bakuchiol within the past 4 weeks
∘⠀Have taken antibiotics in the past 10 days

∘⠀Are currently sick or experiencing contagious symptoms

The following conditions may require additional review or written medical clearance:
∘⠀Diabetes
∘⠀Autoimmune disorders (Hashimotos, MS, Lupus, etc)
∘⠀Epilepsy or seizure disorders
∘⠀Heart conditions or cardiac valve disease
∘⠀Blood disorders or hemophilia
∘⠀Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
∘⠀Immunocompromising conditions
∘⠀Hepatitis B or C if uncontrolled
∘⠀Rosacea, vitiligo, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis
∘⠀Tendency toward infection

Please contact your health care provider with your questions or concerns regarding a possible condition that may disqualify you from receiving services.

A complete list of medical contraindications and health-related disqualifications will be reviewed prior to scheduling a procedure and again before treatment. Medical clearance may be required.

Consultation does not guarantee eligibility or approval for treatment.

PRE-CARE & AFTERCARE

 

Pre-care and aftercare instructions must be followed.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

 

Surface healing can take up to 10-14 days.

Plan appointments accordingly, especially if traveling or attending events.

MEDIA & DOCUMENTATION

 

Clients must be okay with photos and videos of the complete brow procedure for portfolio, social media, and marketing use.

APPOINTMENT DAY

∘⠀Arrive at your scheduled appointment time

∘⠀Appointments do not start early

∘⠀Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be canceled or subject to a late fee

 

Service length is estimated and may vary.

Clients must be prepared to stay beyond the estimated time if additional work is required.

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Masks are required for all clients during the entire appointment. This policy is non-negotiable due to close proximity in an enclosed space.

Clients must not attend appointments if they are sick, feeling unwell, or experiencing any contagious symptoms.

If a client arrives visibly ill, discloses symptoms upon arrival, or refuses to comply with the mask requirement, the appointment will be canceled to protect the health and safety of both client and artist.

If you are sick or experiencing contagious symptoms on the day of your appointment, do not attend and notify the studio as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.

RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

 

∘⠀Rescheduling requires at least 7 days’ notice
∘⠀Second reschedule forfeits the deposit and requires a new deposit

∘⠀Late reschedules forfeit the deposit

∘⠀No-call/no-show appointments forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for rebooking.

In rare cases involving illness or emergency, circumstances beyond the artist's control may require an appointment to be rescheduled, including on the scheduled day.

Clients traveling for appointments are responsible for their own planning and travel arrangements.

TOUCH-UPS

Touch-ups should only be scheduled when you feel your brows are getting too light for your preference.

Instead of requiring you to come back during a certain time, it is best to wait to get a touch-up service until your preference requires one (instead of adding unnecessary ink to your skin when your brows still look great).

Why? Healed results and retention depend on the individual's skin. Everyone has different genetics, diet, health, lifestyle, etc. Artists cannot 100% guarantee or control how the skin heals or holds ink. Need help determining this? Come in to show me your healed brows!

Before assessing your brows for a potential touch-up, brows must heal at least 6-8 weeks.
